🎯 Role Overview
The College Marketing Executive will be responsible for building strong partnerships with engineering, degree, and MBA colleges, driving student enrollments through on-campus activities, and promoting NRK Infotech’s job-ready training programs.
🧩 Key Responsibilities🎓 College Outreach & Partnerships
- Identify and connect with colleges across Bengaluru and nearby regions
- Build relationships with:
- Placement Officers
- HODs & Principals
- Sign MOUs / tie-ups for training & placement programs
📢 Campus Marketing Activities
- Plan and execute:
- Seminars
- Workshops
- Guest lectures
- Career guidance sessions
- Represent NRK Infotech inside campuses
📈 Admissions & Lead Conversion
- Generate student leads from colleges
- Counsel students on:
- Digital Marketing
- MERN Stack
- Data Analytics programs
- Convert leads into paid enrollments
📊 Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze:
- College trends
- Student demand
- Competitor activities
- Suggest new strategies to increase campus reach and conversions
🤝 Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term engagement with colleges
- Ensure repeat opportunities (drives, workshops, placements)
- Build brand presence in campuses
💼 Sales & Revenue Responsibility
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Drive revenue through college channels
- Track and improve conversion ratios
🧠 Required Skills
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to speak confidently in front of students
- Sales mindset with persuasion skills
- Networking & relationship-building ability
- Basic understanding of marketing & student psychology
🎓 Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage
