Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Kolkata ,India. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and engaging with local store owners to promote their visibility and growth. The role will also involve market planning, coordinating sales initiatives, and crafting impactful communication strategies to drive engagement and awareness within the local community. The ideal candidate will closely collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing outcomes and contribute to Near & Now’s mission of enabling local commerce.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop impactful and data-driven strategies.
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and convey compelling brand messages.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to foster partnerships and drive customer acquisition.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
- Knowledge of hyperlocal commerce or small business operations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
