Job Title: Marketing Executive (Offline / Field Marketing)Organization: Mind and Brain Hospital
Department: Marketing
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to handle and strengthen the hospital’s traditional (offline) marketing activities. The role focuses on building strong referral networks, increasing patient inflow, and generating revenue through field marketing initiatives, excluding digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to promote hospital services.
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Doctors, clinics, and hospitals for referrals
- Schools, colleges, corporates, NGOs, and community groups
- Conduct field visits regularly to generate patient referrals and business opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate:
- Health camps
- Awareness programs
- Outreach activities in communities and institutions
- Promote hospital specialties (Psychiatry, Neurology, Psychology, Speech Therapy, etc.) through direct engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management.
- Ensure proper follow-up with leads and referral sources.
- Maintain records of visits, leads generated, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Doctors, Reception, Operations) to ensure smooth patient handling.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Increase in patient footfall and referrals
- Revenue generation from field activities
- Number of tie-ups and partnerships created
- Conversion rate of leads to patients
- Number of outreach programs conducted
Required Skills & Competencies:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent networking and relationship-building ability
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of hospital services and healthcare industry
- Ability to work independently and in the field
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing (offline preferred)
- Freshers with strong field marketing interest can also be considered
Additional Requirements:- Willingness to travel locally for field work
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Flexible working hours based on field activities
