Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Kottayam. The Marketing Executive will oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies, conduct comprehensive market research, manage sales processes, and develop effective communication plans. The role will involve building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying market opportunities, and supporting the achievement of sales objectives through tailored promotional activities and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify growth opportunities and develop effective strategies.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a track record of achieving targets and executing promotional campaigns successfully.
- Ability to analyze competitive trends and adapt marketing approaches accordingly.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in science,Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.
