Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling field marketing activities, client interactions, lead generation, and brand promotion. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to work independently in field operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct field marketing and promotional activities.
* Generate leads and build client relationships.
* Visit clients, business partners, and project sites as required.
* Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and events.
* Promote company services/products in the market.
* Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
* Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
* Support digital and offline marketing initiatives.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in marketing or field sales.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel for field work.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing is an advantage.
* Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
