Brand & Marketing Executive

Kermis Events is a Corporate Events & MICE company handling conferences, offsites, incentive trips, leadership meets, R&R programmes, and corporate events.
We are looking for a creative and proactive Brand & Marketing Executive to manage the company’s social media pages, brand collaterals, and digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create social media posts, reels, stories, carousels, event highlights, and promotional content.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Design presentations, brochures, invitations, event creatives, company profiles, and other marketing collaterals.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, teasers, testimonials, and event recap videos.
- Write captions, event descriptions, and basic marketing copy.
- Maintain consistency in the company’s branding and visual communication.
- Coordinate with the events team to collect photographs, videos, and event content.
- Use AI tools for designing, content creation, presentations, and creative ideation.
- Track social media performance and suggest improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Canva is mandatory.
- Basic video editing skills are required.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora, or similar tools will be preferred.
- Good understanding of AI-based designing and content tools.
- Strong visual sense, creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in social media, branding, content creation, or digital marketing will be preferred.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.
Work Details
- Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
- Location: Andheri West, near Citi Mall, Link Road, Mumbai
- Nearest Metro: Lower Oshiwara
- Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- A personal laptop in proper working condition is mandatory.
- Candidates should share their CV along with samples of social media creatives, reels, videos, presentations, or other design work.
