Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer marketing across the UK and European markets.
This is a hands-on role focused on LinkedIn, content, and email marketing, targeting B2B audiences such as fleet operators, insurers, and transport businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Awareness & Content
- Plan and execute campaigns targeting UK and European audiences
- Create high-quality content tailored to B2B clients (fleet, insurance, transport sectors)
- Develop messaging aligned with regional nuances and business culture
Social Media (Primary: LinkedIn)
- Manage and grow Kasava’s LinkedIn presence
- Create posts, campaigns, and engagement strategies for UK/EU audiences
- Monitor competitors and industry trends across these markets
Email Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Execute email campaigns for existing UK/EU clients and prospects
- Segment audiences and improve lifecycle marketing (onboarding, retention, upsell)
- Optimise open rates, CTR, and conversions
Performance Tracking
- Analyse campaign performance across regions
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI
- Report on key metrics (engagement, leads, conversions)
Requirements
Essential
- 2–5 years experience in digital marketing
- Experience working with UK and/or European clients or audiences
- Strong LinkedIn marketing skills (B2B focus)
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Excellent written English (professional, UK tone)
Preferred
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, automotive, or tech sectors
- Understanding of European markets (cultural and messaging differences)
- Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools
- Basic SEO and paid ads knowledge
