About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our Business Development and Marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Mechanical Engineering along with marketing knowledge, enabling them to effectively coordinate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and manage Quotations to Purchase Orders (PO) by coordinating with the sales and technical teams.
· Handle costing activities, including price calculations, margins, and proposal preparation.
· Manage backend sales and marketing support, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and customers.
· Support market counter sales by assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate product solutions.
· Maintain and update customer records, quotations, and order documentation.
· Follow up with customers on quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
· Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
· Assist the Business Development team in identifying potential opportunities and supporting sales growth.
Required Skills:
· Basic understanding of industrial products / mechanical components.
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Knowledge of quotation preparation, costing, and order processing.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes:
· Technical background with B.E. Mechanical combined with MBA in Marketing.
· 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or industrial sales.
· Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
