Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based at Bhubaneshwar, Odisha. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to expand market presence and drive sales. Daily responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. The role requires frequent collaboration with sales teams to ensure brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Execution, and Customer Acquisition
- Skills in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Data Interpretation
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in the cement or construction industry is a plus
- MBA/PGDM degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
