Role Description
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights and drive continuous
improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Create engaging content based on research and current market trends.
• Plan and schedule social media content while managing all company social media accounts.
• Assist in content updates and overall content management on website.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation initiatives.
• Support the development of marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and web
content.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Master's degree in marketing/finance.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and digital marketing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
