Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate and motivated MBA Marketing students for Marketing Automation who are highly interested in working with leading marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot. The selected candidates will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to live client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and implement marketing automation strategies using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Gain hands-on experience in CRM integration and campaign management.
- Support in tracking, analysing, and improving campaign performance.
- Collaborate with US-based clients, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adapt to night shift schedules and work flexibly with global teams.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach, eagerness to learn, and ability to take ownership of tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Recent graduate or pursuing a degree with a keen interest in digital marketing and automation tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible, active, and quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
- Open to working in night shifts for client interaction.
