Incyber Media and Technologies is hiring full-time Marketing Executives for its hyperlocal digital platform SouthDelhi.com — South Delhi’s go-to destination covering the best restaurants, lifestyle, events, and local stories from one of India’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. We are growing fast and looking for sharp, energetic individuals to join us on the ground.
The Role
You will be the face of SouthDelhi.com in the market — meeting clients, building relationships, and driving growth. This is a field-first role that combines hustle with strategy.
What You’ll Do
• Meet and onboard new clients including restaurants, cafés, hotels, retail brands, and event organisers
• Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies and media buyers
• Conduct regular field visits to SME’s, Corporate Clients, restaurants, venues, and businesses across South Delhi
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
• Carry out market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
• Support sales initiatives and help convert leads into long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with the editorial, content, and digital teams to align messaging and maximise impact
• Track campaign performance and share actionable insights with leadership
Who We’re Looking For
• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, field sales, or client servicing (freshers with strong drive are welcome)
• Based in or very familiar with South Delhi
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising
• Two-wheeler / Four Wheeler must for field mobility
