Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities to promote automation products, electrical panels, and industrial solar solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with the sales team, and supporting product positioning and branding. The Marketing Executive will prepare marketing materials, manage inquiries, assist in organizing client meetings or industrial visits, and help maintain relationships with key customers. The role also requires tracking marketing performance metrics and providing regular reports and insights to management.
Qualifications
- Strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze industry trends and customer needs.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Sales and Marketing abilities to support lead generation, product promotion, and customer retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest or experience in industrial automation, electrical systems, or solar projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with digital marketing tools is beneficial.
- Capacity to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
