Job description:
We are looking for a result-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation Executive who can generate qualified business leads for a manufacturing machinery company. The role involves identifying the right decision-makers, executing structured outreach campaigns, and converting conversations into meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target decision-makers such as:
- Factory Owners
- Purchase Managers
- Plant Heads
- Operations Heads
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns:
- Connection requests
- Follow-ups
- Lead nurturing conversations
- Generate qualified leads and book meetings
- Use AI tools to:
- Draft personalized outreach messages
- Improve response rates
- Optimize content and communication
- Maintain lead data in CRM / Excel
- Coordinate with internal team for campaign messaging and targeting
- Track and report:
- Connections sent
- Responses received
- Leads generated
- Meetings booked
Required Skills:
- Fluent in English (written & verbal communication is a must)
- Hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation
- Strong understanding of B2B audience targeting
- Ability to write professional, personalized outreach messages
- Consistent follow-up and lead nurturing capability
AI & Tools Knowledge (Must Have):
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content and messaging
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Basic knowledge of tools like:
- Excel / Google Sheets
- CRM systems
- Outreach / automation tools (optional but preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing / industrial / machinery sector
- Understanding of B2B sales cycle
- Exposure to email outreach campaigns
