About the Role
The Marketing Executive – Field Marketing & Brand Activation is responsible for driving on-ground brand adoption, market development, and lead generation across assigned territories. The role focuses on educating industry stakeholders, executing product demonstrations and workshops, collecting market intelligence, and supporting demand generation for ColorCast, Pigments India Ltd, and TAFU.
This position plays a critical role in strengthening brand visibility, building market relationships, and supporting territory-level business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. ColorCast Market Adoption
- Educate paver block manufacturers on product usage, benefits, and applications
- Drive onboarding, registrations, and active product usage
- Conduct on-site demonstrations (shade consistency, mix ratios, pigment optimization)
- Collect user feedback and coordinate improvements with internal teams
2. TAFU Workshops & Product Demonstrations
- Plan and execute workshops, product demos, and technical sessions
- Demonstrate single-pack epoxy primer benefits (coverage, curing, finish quality)
- Support dealer activations and engagement of painters and contractors
- Generate and qualify sales leads from field activities
3. Market Surveys & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct structured surveys with dealers, manufacturers, and contractors
- Track competitor pricing, schemes, and positioning
- Identify market gaps, trends, and growth opportunities
- Submit actionable market intelligence reports
4. Brand Development & Market Expansion
- Develop and scale territory markets
- Support demand creation initiatives
- Assist in distributor and dealer onboarding
- Strengthen brand visibility, awareness, and trust
5. Lead Generation & CRM Coordination
- Capture and maintain accurate lead data
- Coordinate lead handover and follow-ups with sales teams
- Track conversion outcomes and pipeline status
- Support WhatsApp, QR-based, and offline lead capture mechanisms
6. General Marketing Responsibilities
- Execute BTL campaigns, promotions, and field activations
- Support exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events
- Assist with marketing collateral distribution
- Maintain field activity, expense, and performance reports
- Ensure brand guideline compliance
- Coordinate with sales, design, and digital marketing teams

- Number of product onboardings and active users
- Workshops and demonstrations conducted
- Qualified leads generated and conversion rate
- Market coverage and penetration growth
- Quality and usefulness of market insights

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in construction materials, coatings, chemicals, or industrial products preferred
- Prior field marketing, technical sales support, or brand activation experience is an advantage
