About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the promotion and business development of our marketing initiatives and our cultural venue available for events, programs, corporate gatherings, parties, and weddings. The role involves client outreach, marketing coordination, event promotion, and supporting brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for events, cultural programs, and venue promotions.
- Promote the venue for corporate events, exhibitions, workshops, weddings, and private parties.
- Manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, proposals, and social media content.
Business Development Support
- Identify potential clients, including corporates, event planners, wedding planners, agencies, and cultural organisations.
- Generate leads for venue rentals and marketing collaborations.
- Support the sales team in client follow-ups and proposal submissions.
Digital & Social Media
- Manage social media platforms and post regular updates about events, programs, and venue availability.
- Assist in creating digital campaigns and promotions for programs and exhibitions.
Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding venue availability, event requirements, and marketing collaborations.
- Assist in coordinating site visits and venue presentations.
Event Marketing
- Support planning and promotion of cultural programs, exhibitions, talks, and performances hosted at the venue.
- Work with partners, artists, and organisations for marketing collaborations.
Reporting
- Track marketing activities and prepare monthly reports on leads, campaigns, and promotions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, hospitality, or venue management preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with internal teams and clients.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in event marketing or venue sales.
- Exposure to cultural programs, exhibitions, or creative industries.
- Knowledge of corporate events and wedding markets.
