Role Description The Marketing Executive role at FLOATING AROMAS is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The person in this role will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote essential aroma oils, diffusers, and custom scent systems, ensuring brand visibility across relevant channels. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer segments, coordinating with the sales team, and supporting promotional activities and events. The Marketing Executive will create marketing materials, manage digital and offline initiatives, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership. Collaboration with internal teams to align messaging and uphold brand standards is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, fragrance, or lifestyle products is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic office and marketing tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives on-site in Pune Division.
