Role Description
We are looking for a data-driven and digitally savvy Marketing Executive to build and scale our demand generation engine across the Middle East education sector.
In this role, you will own key digital marketing channels including SEO, paid advertising, organic social media, and AI-powered lead generation campaigns. You will work closely with the content team (whom you will brief and coordinate) and collaborate with the SDR team to ensure a consistent flow of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into the sales pipeline.
This is both a strategic and execution-focused role — you will set campaign direction, leverage modern AI tools to increase marketing output, and coordinate with specialists to execute high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI-assisted lead generation strategies using tools such as ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, and Perplexity AI to build targeted school prospect lists and identify high-intent signals in the education sector.
- Design and run inbound marketing campaigns focused on attracting school administrators, finance managers, and decision-makers searching for school management and financial systems.
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy targeting high-intent education software keywords across GCC markets — increasing organic visibility and inbound traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and create content briefs for blog posts, landing pages, whitepapers, and case studies, coordinating closely with the content team to ensure high-quality output aligned with marketing goals.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with the web development team to improve website performance, indexing, and search visibility.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter), including developing the content calendar, publishing strategy, and engagement approach.
- Plan and execute targeted B2B campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads — managing audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.
- Coordinate closely with the content team by briefing writers and designers on campaign objectives, messaging tone, audience personas, and deadlines.
- Maintain a structured editorial calendar ensuring marketing content aligns with campaign timelines and demand generation goals.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated nurture sequences using platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Build lead capture landing pages and lead magnets (e.g., school finance templates or resource guides) designed to convert website visitors into marketing-qualified leads.
- Coordinate webinars, virtual product demos, and participation in regional education technology events to support lead generation efforts.
- Work closely with the SDR team to ensure marketing messaging aligns with outbound outreach campaigns and target personas.
- Monitor and report marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, tracking metrics such as MQL volume, cost-per-lead, traffic growth, and campaign ROI.
- Provide monthly marketing performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and optimization plans.
Essential Qualifications
- 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, EdTech, or B2B technology companies.
- Proven experience generating inbound leads through SEO, digital advertising, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads campaigns with measurable performance outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Clay, or Apollo to enhance marketing productivity and lead generation.
- Experience coordinating with content teams (writers, designers, or agencies) rather than producing all content independently.
- Strong English communication and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency with digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Experience using marketing automation or email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
- Comfortable collaborating with sales teams and working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Preferred Skills & Tools
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools for marketing insights.
- Familiarity with marketing automation workflows and CRM platforms such as HubSpot CRM or Salesforce.
- Experience coordinating editorial calendars and campaign planning using tools such as Notion or project management platforms.
- Basic design review capability using tools like Canva or Figma for marketing assets.
- Understanding of the education sector in the GCC region, including school procurement cycles and administrative challenges.
- Familiarity with EdTech, ERP, or financial management platforms used in educational institutions.
