About the Role
Event Creations is looking for a proactive and energetic On-Field Marketing Executive to promote our event management services, generate leads, and build strong client relationships through direct field marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit corporate offices, businesses, wedding planners, and potential clients for business development
- Promote company services including corporate events, weddings, stage setups, LED walls, lighting, sound systems, and event production services
- Generate leads and schedule client meetings for the sales team
- Distribute company profiles, brochures, and marketing materials
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations team for client requirements
- Follow up with prospects and maintain daily activity reports
- Achieve monthly lead generation and client acquisition targets
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
- 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and promotions
- Basic knowledge of marketing and event industry trends
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Skills
- Experience in event management, advertising, or media industry
- Client relationship management
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Chennai market and corporate sectors
