Role SummaryThe Marketing Executive is responsible for building and amplifying the Elitesquad.ai brand across digital channels and sales touchpoints. This role blends brand thinking, digital execution, and sales enablement.
This is not a social-post-only role. The outcome we expect is brand credibility that supports sales conversations.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Building & Positioning- Strengthen Elitesquad.ai brand presence across digital platforms
- Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
- Translate business strategy into clear marketing narratives
Digital Marketing- Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across:
- LinkedIn (primary)
- Website content
- Email campaigns
- Support lead generation and partner-focused campaigns
- Track and report basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
Content & Collateral Creation- Create and manage marketing assets including:
- Pitch decks and sales presentations
- One-pagers, brochures, and capability decks
- Website content updates
- Work closely with Sales and Founders to refine messaging
Sales Enablement Support- Help sales teams with:
- Customized presentations
- Partner-specific decks
- Campaign support material
- Ensure all outward-facing material looks polished, clear, and credible
Coordination & Execution- Coordinate with designers, freelancers, or agencies when required
- Manage timelines and ensure on-time delivery of marketing assets
- Maintain organized marketing repositories and templates
Required Skills & ExperienceMust Have
- 2–6 years experience in marketing or digital marketing roles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
- Excellent PowerPoint / Google Slides skills
- Good written communication and storytelling ability
- Strong eye for detail and quality
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B, IT services, or SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and content strategy
- Basic understanding of branding and positioning
