Reports to: Marketing Manager Location: Chembur, Mumbai
Lead Management & Data Entry (30%)
- Upload and manage leads/data in HubSpot CRM
- Assign leads to appropriate sales owners based on territory/product
- Ensure timely CRM updates for accurate tracking
- Maintain data hygiene (duplicate removal, field completion)
Lead Qualification (25%)
- Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria (BANT framework)
- Qualify outbound leads through outreach and follow-up
- Perform spam lead checks to maintain data integrity
- Update lead status and notes in CRM
IndiaMart Management (25%)
- Monitor and respond to IndiaMart inquiries within 5 minutes
- Engage with potential customers to understand requirements
- Provide initial product/service information
- Transfer qualified leads to sales team for quotation
- Track IndiaMart lead conversion rates
Documentation & Compliance (10%)
- Maintain content sheets for lead-related information
- Ensure adherence to SOPs for lead handling
- Document processes and update procedures
HubSpot Support (10%)
- Execute basic HubSpot tasks as directed
- Provide HubSpot training support for new salespersons
- Prepare monthly lead qualification summary reports
Success Metrics
- IndiaMart response time: <5 minutes (average)
- CRM data accuracy: >95%
- Lead qualification accuracy: >85%
