DocuReady Services is hiring motivated Marketing Associates who can help convert leads into paying clients for our digital and business support services. This is a remote, flexible opportunity for someone who is confident in communication, interested in sales, and ready to grow with performance-based earnings. The role is ideal for individuals who can identify business opportunities, present solutions clearly, and build long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Promote DocuReady starter packages as affordable entry points.
- Upsell premium services based on client needs, goals, and budget.
- Negotiate deals and handle objections using ROI-based examples and testimonials.
- Recommend bundled solutions such as:
- Digital Presence Package: logo + web design + SEO
- Marketing Mastery Suite: content + social media + video editing
- Digital Marketing Services: ads, lead generation, social media promotion, and online brand growth
- Convert one-time projects into recurring retainers for SEO, digital marketing, social media, bookkeeping, and other ongoing services.
- Work toward achieving multiple starter deals each month and scale into larger premium bundles over time.
Daily Workflow
- Start the day by checking Workspace for overnight messages, team updates, and priorities.
- Review the client database and project tracker in Workspace to plan outreach and follow-ups.
- Use Sales Playbooks for proven scripts, pitching methods, and objection handling.
- Log all client interactions in Workspace and share updates with the team.
- End the day by updating project status and responding to final team messages.
Skills We’re Looking For
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in client handling and basic sales conversations.
- Ability to understand client needs and suggest the right service bundle.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to learn and follow provided systems and scripts.
- Prior sales, marketing, or digital marketing experience is helpful, but not required.
