Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role located in Patna. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and crafting compelling campaigns to highlight Dharonix’s products and services. The role includes engaging with clients, managing customer service processes, and driving sales to expand the company’s impact. The individual will work collaboratively with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Expertise in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify opportunities and design campaigns
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and achieve operational goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with marketing tools and software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
