Role Description
Tenaro Global EPC is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executive / Engineer to drive B2B marketing efforts in the industrial boiler sector. This role involves on-field engagement with potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders in industrial projects.
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-field B2B marketing by visiting industrial clients and engaging with professionals involved in boiler-related projects (purchase, maintenance, project teams)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for ongoing and future project discussions
- Represent the company’s products and services effectively through presentations and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BBA, or MBA
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing or sales within the industrial or engineering sector preferred
- Freshers with a strong interest in industrial marketing are welcome
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Marathi
- Self-driven, confident, and comfortable with regular on-field client visits
