Role Description
Vinay Trans Logiatics (a Dehu Group company) is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our logistics company, which specializes in providing high-quality logistical solutions to various institutions. The role involves identifying and generating new leads, engaging with potential clients to understand their requirements, discussing service offerings and cost structures, coordinating cargo/machinery/project handling and service arrangements, and ensuring smooth follow-ups for payments and client satisfaction.
Salary : INR 15,000 - 25,000 per month
Location : Pune, India
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Convert leads from shippers, manufacturers, distributors and freight brokers
- Conduct client visits, site surveys and regular business reviews
- Maintain and update a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
- Present service offerings to clients, highlighting specifications and value propositions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to prepare proposals, quotations, and documentation.
- Address client concerns and objections with clarity and professionalism.
- Finalize deals and ensure smooth handover to operations and delivery teams.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing
- Degree or diploma in marketing preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
