Role Description
This full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role is based in Trivandrum. The Marketing Executive will lead daily marketing activities, including developing market plans, conducting research, promoting products and services, creating communication strategies, and supporting sales initiatives. The role involves coordinating with teams to implement marketing campaigns and achieving business growth goals.
What You'll Do
- Run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels
- Generate and nurture leads targeting F&B decision-makers
- Manage CRM data, segmentation, and performance reporting
- Track what works and cut what doesn't
What You Need
- 2-3 years in marketing, SaaS or F&B experience is a plus
- Hands-on with HubSpot or Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Canva or Adobe
- Data-driven and organised
- Previous experience in B2B marketing in IT sector is mandatory
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to drive data-driven marketing strategies
- Strong Communication skills for creating impactful messaging and fostering client relationships
- Experience in Sales and Marketing for promoting products/services and achieving business targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
