Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms with a strong focus on Linkedin, creating engaging content and managing community engagement. This includes ideation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Website Management: Update and maintain the company website, ensuring accuracy and high-quality content for all pages. Perform quality control for 2D and 3D content.
- Content Creation: Write compelling blog posts, website content, emailers/newsletters, and engaging social media copy.
- ORM (Online Reputation Management): Monitor online reviews and discussions, respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
- WATI & Communication Automation: Manage and execute WhatsApp communication workflows on WATI, including broadcasts, templates, and automation for lead follow-ups and marketing campaigns.
- Branding: Contribute to the consistent application of Aquant’ s brand guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.
- Design Agency Coordination: Collaborate effectively with external agencies, providing direction, feedback, and ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Photoshoots: Participate in photoshoots, providing creative input and ensuring high-quality visual assets are produced. This requires a strong aesthetic sense.
- Event Planning & Participation: Supporting the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows. This might include coordination with agencies to drive content and representing the company at events.
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging and informative presentations to various audiences, including clients, colleagues, and senior management. Strong skills in visual communication and storytelling are essential.
- Budget Management: Assisting in the development and management of the marketing budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role. (1-3 years)
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with content creation and website updates.
- Demonstrated aesthetic sense and visual creativity.
- Bonus points for Canva skills.
