Field Marketing Executive – Apollo Clinic Baguiati
Location: Apollo Clinic Baguiati, Kolkata
Job Summary
Apollo Clinic Baguiati is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented field Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence, increase patient engagement, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of building strong relationships with corporates, healthcare professionals, and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Apollo Clinic Baguiati's healthcare services.
- Generate new business opportunities through corporate/doctor/pharmacy tie-ups, institutional partnerships, and community outreach programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, local businesses, doctors, insurance/TPA partners, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate health camps, awareness programs, promotional events, and marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
- Track marketing activities, prepare reports, and monitor campaign performance.
- Collaborate with clinic operations and medical teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Represent Apollo Clinic Baguiati at networking events, exhibitions, and community programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, healthcare marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development and marketing activities.
