Role Overview:
Aldecor Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Marketing & Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director while assisting with the company's marketing and business development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, communicating with clients and vendors, and contributing to business growth..
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and external agencies.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and marketing collateral.
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and day-to-day executive coordination.
- Assist in organizing client meetings, networking events, and company events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain records, documents, and marketing databases.
- Support business development activities and lead tracking when required.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Executive Assistance, Business Coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in the interiors, construction, architecture, or real estate industry is an added advantage.
