Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be involved in planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research to identify trends and target audiences, and developing strategies to increase brand visibility. They will also collaborate with different teams to drive sales, build client relationships, and contribute to the execution of events and marketing activities. The role requires a hands-on approach to managing promotional efforts and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to understand trends and identify target audiences
- Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency, for client interaction and team collaboration
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and create impactful campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment and manage multiple projects effectively
- Relevant qualifications or a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a BTL marketing agency or similar field is a plus
- Proven ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively
