Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Mumbai-Bandra. This role requires close collaboration with the Marketing team, Operations team, and external vendors/agencies to ensure seamless execution of brand and promotional initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Management
● Develop and execute engaging content strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
● Plan and schedule posts, stories, and reels to maximize engagement.
● Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to create visually appealing content.
● Write compelling captions, hashtags, and descriptions tailored to the hospitality industry.
2. Community Engagement & Brand Building
● Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media platforms.
● Engage with food bloggers, influencers, and customers to promote brand awareness.
● Collaborate with PR and influencer marketing teams for partnerships and promotions.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
● Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.
● Provide monthly reports on engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness.
● Optimize social media strategies based on insights and trends.
4. Campaigns & Promotions
● Plan and execute social media campaigns for events, promotions, and seasonal offers.
● Run paid ad campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
● Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies to implement innovative marketing approaches.
5. Collaboration & Strategy Development
● Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align social media strategies with business goals.
● Ensure brand consistency in all digital communications.
Requirements:
● Hands-on experience in social media marketing
● Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.
● Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
● Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools).
● Excellent writing and communication skills.
● Ability to analyze data and optimize content performance.
● Creativity and passion for the food & hospitality industry.
