Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role located in Shillong. Responsibilities include market planning, conducting market research, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and working to expand sales opportunities. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, analyzing trends, engaging with clients, and driving initiatives to meet organizational objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute impactful campaigns
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Sales and client engagement skills to drive revenue growth and establish relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in education or test-prep industry is a plus
