Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Noida. The Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns for medical devices, including developing promotional materials, coordinating product launches, and supporting sales initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competitor activity, and identifying new business opportunities and customer segments. The role involves collaborating with the sales team, product specialists, and management to align marketing plans with business objectives and revenue targets. The Marketing Executive will also handle day-to-day communication with clients and partners, monitor campaign performance, and prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Strong Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and engaging clients.
- Experience in Sales or sales support, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with basic office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software; familiarity with digital marketing platforms is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
