Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Marketing Executive based in Kochi. This role is primarily focused on
marketing operations, reporting, and coordination.
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for maintaining marketing data, tracking performance metrics, managing CRM systems, and ensuring smooth coordination of campaigns and activities across teams. The role also involves handling social media management and supporting campaign execution when required.
This position requires a
highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can ensure consistency, accuracy, and accountability in all marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to manage marketing data, reports, and performance tracking (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead management processes
- Good understanding of marketing metrics, lead flow, and campaign tracking
- Familiarity with social media management and content coordination
- Basic knowledge of paid campaigns (Meta Ads) and ability to support execution when required
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
- Relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Marketing Operations (2+ years preferred)
- Knowledge of the regional market and cultural nuances is an advantage
