Allyv is a next generation personal care brand on a mission to simplify self care with multifunctional,
sensorial products that fit seamlessly into modern lifestyles. We're looking for a passionate marketer
who loves building brands, creating content, and bringing ideas to life.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
Own influencer marketing end to end from creator discovery and outreach to gifting,
negotiations, relationship management and performance tracking.
Drive retention marketing by planning and executing email and WhatsApp ca mpaigns,
including customer journeys and automated flows.
Build and execute monthly brand campaigns across channels.
Create in house content by planning, shooting and editing engaging short form videos
(Reels, BTS, UGC), while coordinat ing with photographers, videographers and other creative
partners when required.
Lead brand activations through pop ups, events, product launches and other offline
marketing initiatives.
Track and optimise marketing performance by analysing Meta Ads metric s (ROAS, CTR,
CPC, CPM, CAC, etc.) and identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a D2C or consumer brand.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Strong understanding of Instagram, influencer marketing and social media trends.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and marketing performance metrics.
Comfortable shooting and edi ting content using a smartphone.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self starter who thrives in a fast paced startup environment and enjoys taking ownership.
