Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support initiatives related to industry events, awards, and speaking opportunities and Podcasts. The role involves identifying relevant platforms, coordinating participation, and promoting these opportunities to enhance our clients’ visibility, credibility, and brand positioning within their respective industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant industry events, conferences, awards, and speakership opportunities and podcasts aligned with client objectives.
- Coordinate with event organizers, media partners, and award bodies for participation, nominations, and speaking slots.
- Prepare and submit award nominations, speaker profiles, and presentation proposals.
- Maintain a calendar of upcoming industry events, award deadlines, and speaking opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather content, achievements, and profiles required for nominations and speaking engagements.
- Assist in promoting client participation through marketing channels such as social media, PR, newsletters, and website updates.
- Track and report participation outcomes, recognition, and brand visibility metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, event organizers, and media platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Two to three years of experience in marketing and events.
- Strong research, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills for preparing nominations and profiles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and basic marketing tools.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of brand positioning and corporate visibility strategies.
