About the Role
Lexocrates Legal Services is seeking a motivated and professionally driven Marketing Executive to support the firm’s international outreach and business development initiatives.
The selected candidate will play a key role in promoting the firm’s legal outsourcing services across jurisdictions including Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia. The role requires a combination of digital marketing capability, lead generation skills, communication proficiency, and professional client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Generate prospective client leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, legal directories, and professional networking platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of international law firms, legal consultants, and corporate legal departments.
- Conduct follow-ups and coordinate introductory communications with prospective clients.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize digital outreach initiatives including:
- LinkedIn marketing
- Email marketing campaigns
- SEO activities
- Website content updates
- Assist in execution of targeted campaigns for legal outsourcing services.
Brand Development
- Support enhancement of the firm’s professional visibility and online presence.
- Coordinate publication of:
- Articles
- Blogs
- Newsletters
- Legal industry insights
- Ensure consistency of branding across all communication channels.
Marketing Collateral & Content Coordination
- Prepare and coordinate:
- Service brochures
- Pitch decks
- Case studies
- Client presentations
- Coordinate with legal and design teams for content preparation and presentation.
Market Research
- Conduct research relating to:
- Competitor positioning
- Legal outsourcing trends
- Emerging market opportunities
- Identify target industries, practice areas, and prospective jurisdictions.
Events & Webinar Support
- Assist in planning and promotion of webinars, legal technology events, and professional networking sessions.
- Coordinate event registrations and post-event communication activities.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track campaign performance and lead generation metrics.
- Prepare periodic reports covering:
- Lead generation performance
- Outreach effectiveness
- Engagement statistics
- Marketing ROI indicators
Eligibility & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines:
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Communications
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Digital marketing
- B2B marketing
- Professional services marketing
- Legal services marketing (preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing practices.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Proficiency with tools such as:
- HubSpot
- Mailchimp
- Canva
- Google Analytics
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and professional environment.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The candidate’s performance may be evaluated on:

Compensation
- Compensation shall be as per industry standards.
