What this role is about
This is a hands-on growth role – not a “just post on social media and hope for the best” role.
You will focus on three core missions:
1.Grow Aankhon Dekha VR centres
- Drive walk-ins and repeat visitors to existing centres.
- Support expansion to 20+ new centres in Madhya Pradesh and 4+ in other states with smart, hyperlocal and digital growth experiments.eitc
2.Scale the Divya Darshan app
- Increase downloads, activations and repeat usage.
- Design simple funnels and campaigns that turn first-time users into regular users.
3.Unlock value from experiential media content (including VR content)
- Help identify and pursue B2B opportunities where our immersive content library can reduce clients’ production costs and speed up their go‑to‑market.
- Work with the leadership team on outreach, pitches and experiments for new content-led revenue streams.channel-technologies+1
Alongside this, you’ll help run our everyday marketing engine – content planning, promotions, campaign calendars, basic creatives coordination, analytics and optimisation across social media and our corporate website.
What you’ll do
- Plan and run growth experiments across online channels and on-ground activities for VR centres and app adoption.
- Use AI tools as your daily co‑pilot for research, idea generation, content variants, audience segmentation and reporting.
- Build and track simple dashboards: traffic, conversions, CAC, basic LTV proxies, and ROI per rupee spent.
- Partner with content, operations and sales teams so that campaigns translate into real visitors, app users and content deals – not just vanity metrics.
- Talk to users, centre staff and partners to understand behaviour and convert insights into clear next actions.

We are not looking for “legacy marketing playbooks”; we are looking for someone who is curious, hands-on and comfortable building new playbooks with us.
Who you are
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing / growth / performance / digital campaigns / agency or startup environments.
- Comfortable with numbers: funnels, basic cohorts, conversions, experiments.
- Familiarity with at least some of: Meta/Google ads, analytics tools, marketing automation, CRM, or app marketing – and eager to learn the rest.
- Strong written communication in English and at least one Indian language (Hindi preferred).
- Genuine interest in immersive tech, culture, tourism, youth audiences, or impact‑oriented storytelling is a bonus.
