About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused marketer to support and run day-to-day marketing operations.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the basics of B2B SaaS marketing, enjoys working across multiple channels, and is comfortable managing content, campaigns, and digital tools.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute campaigns, manage digital channels, and ensure consistent marketing output across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management :
• Create and manage content across LinkedIn, blogs, website pages, emails, and marketing collateral
• Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and publishing cadence
• Coordinate content publishing and updates on the website/CMS
Marketing Operations & Execution :
• Execute marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely rollouts
• Support lead capture, database management, and reporting
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaign inputs
Performance Marketing (Google & Social Ads) :
• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display basics)
• Run and optimize LinkedIn Ads and social media campaigns
• Execute post boosting strategies for reach and engagement
• Monitor CTR, CPC, conversions and optimize campaigns
SEO & Website Management :
• Implement on-page SEO best practices (keywords, meta tags, structure)
• Improve website visibility and traffic
• Coordinate landing page creation and updates
Social Media & Distribution :
• Manage and grow LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Schedule and publish posts consistently
• Track engagement and improve performance
AI Tools & Productivity :
• Use AI tools for content drafting, research, and campaign ideation
• Improve efficiency using new tools
Webinars, Video & Online Initiatives :
• Support webinars, online events, and video initiatives
• Handle coordination, publishing, and promotion
Skills & Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing (B2B/SaaS preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, and social media marketing
• Experience with CMS/tools is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Fixed CTC 25K to 40K Per Month
Excellent English Communication skills both verbal and written
Maximum Experience 2 to 4 years
