Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly execution-focused Website & SEO Manager who will own end-to-end website and landing page operations while driving organic growth.
This role will be responsible for managing website updates, publishing SEO-optimized content, creating campaign landing pages, and ensuring strong on-page and technical SEO performance. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of ownership for all website-related execution and continuously improve user experience, structure, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Landing Page Ownership- Own end-to-end execution of the company website and all marketing landing pages.
- Act as the single point of ownership for:
- Website updates
- Page creation
- Content publishing
- Coordination with developers or external vendors
- Maintain and continuously improve website structure, navigation, and user experience.
Content & Page Management- Create, publish, and manage:
- Marketing pages
- Campaign landing pages
- Service/product pages
- Blogs and resource pages
- Coordinate with content and communication teams to ensure timely publishing of SEO-optimized content.
- Ensure every campaign or product launch has:
- A dedicated landing page
- SEO-ready structure
- Proper tracking and analytics setup
SEO Execution (On-Page & Technical)- Implement on-page SEO best practices:
- Keyword placement
- Heading structure (H1–H6)
- Internal linking
- Image optimization
- URL structuring
- Meta titles & descriptions
- Conduct keyword research to identify:
- Content opportunities
- New landing page ideas
- Blog topics aligned with search intent
- Manage and optimize existing pages for improved rankings, engagement, and conversions.
Blog & Content SEO Workflow- Own blog publishing workflows including:
- Formatting and layout
- Internal linking
- Basic schema implementation
- UX optimization
Technical SEO & Performance- Manage basic technical SEO including:
- Site speed improvements (in coordination with developers)
- Indexing and crawl issues
- Broken links and redirects
- Sitemap and robots.txt management
- Core Web Vitals monitoring
- Work closely with developers to resolve technical issues and improve performance.
Analytics & Tracking- Ensure proper tracking setup across all pages:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Event tracking, forms, and conversions
- Monitor and analyze:
- Organic traffic growth
- Keyword rankings
- Landing page performance
- Engagement and conversion metrics
Campaign & Conversion Support- Support marketing and performance teams by:
- Creating conversion-focused landing pages
- Building A/B test-ready page variants
- Structuring SEO-ready campaign pages
Audits, Reporting & Roadmap- Conduct regular website and SEO audits.
- Share actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain a structured SEO and website roadmap aligned with quarterly marketing goals.
Collaboration & Governance- Collaborate cross-functionally with:
- Content team (SEO-aligned content)
- Design team (landing page layouts)
- Marketing & sales teams (campaign execution)
- Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all website assets.
Documentation & Process Management- Maintain documentation for:
- Page templates
- SEO checklists
- Publishing workflows
- Tracking standards
Tools Required- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest
- Screaming Frog SEO Spider
- CMS tools (WordPress / Webflow or similar)
- Google Tag Manager
- Page speed tools (PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix)
Skills & Qualifications- Strong hands-on experience with website management and CMS platforms
- Solid understanding of on-page and basic technical SEO
- Expertise in keyword research and search intent mapping
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion principles
- Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- High ownership, execution discipline, and attention to detail
