Position: Marketing & Events Head

Salary Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Travel Requirement: Must be comfortable travelling across multiple cities for events, exhibitions, business meetings, corporate tie-ups, and marketing activities.
About the Role
Mode Retail Sales & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly energetic Marketing & Events Head who can independently manage business development, event operations, corporate sales, sponsorships, fundraising activities, and brand marketing initiatives.
The candidate should have strong leadership capabilities and hands-on experience in handling large-scale events, exhibitions, B2B sales, institutional collaborations, sponsorship generation, and on-ground marketing execution. The role requires an individual who can take ownership of revenue generation while simultaneously managing brand visibility and event success.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and business growth.
- Handle B2B sales, corporate sales, institutional tie-ups, sponsorships, and partnership development.
- Generate business leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, corporates, vendors, and institutional clients.
- Drive revenue generation through events, activations, exhibitions, and collaborations.
Event Management & Operations
- Plan, organize, and execute exhibitions, corporate events, flower shows, promotional events, retail activations, and large-scale public events.
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, production teams, and marketing partners.
- Manage end-to-end event execution including logistics, permissions, branding, stall management, promotions, and on-ground coordination.
- Ensure smooth execution of all events within timelines and budgets.
Fundraising & Sponsorship Management
- Identify sponsorship opportunities and generate funds through brand collaborations and partnerships.
- Pitch event concepts and marketing opportunities to corporate clients and sponsors.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, sponsorship decks, and business pitches.
- Maintain sponsor relationships and ensure deliverables are fulfilled professionally.
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, creative, operations, and event teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, event outcomes, and business targets.
- Submit regular business reports, event reports, and revenue tracking updates to management.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve organizational targets and operational excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in marketing, event management, business development, or sponsorship sales.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, fundraising, sponsorship acquisition, and event execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently handle multiple projects and events simultaneously.
- Comfortable with field work, travelling, and on-ground event operations.
- Strong vendor management and client handling capability.
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
