Job Summary
AmbujaNeotia is inviting applications who shall be responsible for maximising revenue from common areas and enhancing mall visibility by planning and executing events, managing promotional space leasing, and supporting marketing initiatives that increase occupancy and footfall.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and lease common area spaces (kiosks, promotional zones, activation areas) to brands and vendors
- Generate revenue through short-term leasing, event activations, and sponsorship tie-ups
- Plan, coordinate, and execute mall events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
- Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines
- Work closely with tenants to design engagement activities that drive sales and footfall
- Coordinate with marketing agencies for branding, promotions, and on-ground activations
- Track revenue targets for common area leasing and event monetisation
- Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
- Maintain occupancy records and prepare periodic revenue reports
- Analyse competitor activities and suggest innovative engagement ideas
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of revenue tracking and budgeting preferred
