About the Role
We are looking for an Marketing Event Executive who can help us organise and manage awareness sessions and events at schools, colleges, corporate offices, and other locations.
If you enjoy meeting people, speaking in front of an audience, organising events, and working on-ground, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Organise awareness sessions in schools, colleges, corporate offices, and communities.
- Host and manage awareness sessions and activities.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, companies, vendors, and event partners.
- Plan event schedules, requirements, and logistics.
- Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, presentations, branding, and event materials.
- Travel for events and awareness sessions when required.
- Suggest new ideas to make awareness activities more engaging.

- Good communication and public speaking skills.
- Comfortable interacting with students, employees, and different audiences.
- Good coordination and organisational skills.
- Energetic, confident, and positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel for events.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Event Management, or a related field.
Experience
