Role Description
Shri Events is seeking a full-time Marketing Event Coordinator to join our on-site team in Lucknow. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing memorable events that align with client needs. Day-to-day tasks include managing event marketing strategies, coordinating logistics, collaborating with vendors, liaising with clients, and ensuring successful on-site event execution. The position also involves providing outstanding customer service and maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure smooth event operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management, with the ability to conceptualize, organize, and execute events from start to finish
- Proficiency in Event Marketing strategies and the ability to promote events effectively
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for client coordination and attendee engagement
- Experience working with vendors and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Ability to handle on-site event logistics, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple simultaneous tasks
- Relevant experience in event coordination or a related field
