Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PPC Engineer role based in Khed. The PPC Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production schedules for thermal management and airflow products, ensuring that materials, components, and resources are available to meet delivery timelines. Typical activities include preparing and updating production plans, tracking work orders, optimizing capacity utilization, and collaborating with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to resolve production issues. The role involves maintaining accurate production data, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and aligning production output with customer orders and project requirements. The PPC Engineer will also assist in forecasting demand, identifying bottlenecks, and contributing to efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Production planning and control skills, including scheduling, capacity planning, and work-order management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in mechanical, thermal management, or industrial product environments.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP or production planning software, and strong data analysis skills using spreadsheets or similar tools.
- Understanding of inventory management, supply chain coordination, and basic procurement practices.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in PPC or production coordination roles in manufacturing or engineering companies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with data center or HVAC/thermal management products is a plus.
