Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role is based in Coimbatore. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, providing tailored technical support to clients, delivering product solutions, and fostering strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include preparing and presenting proposals, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and LT Panels, HT Panels and Switchgear Sales, with the ability to identify customer needs and promote technical solutions.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- High adaptability to work in an on-site team environment and willingness to collaborate across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or relevant field is advantageous.
