Kiran Cable Protection Products Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of high-performance electrical, mechanical, and thermal insulation products, serving the Automotive, Electrical, and Industrial sectors. We specialize in insulation sleeves, wiring protection solutions, connectors, terminals, cables, resins, varnishes, and other cable protection products.
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Engineer to drive business growth by developing new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients in the Automotive and Manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and customer acquisition.
- Identify and develop potential customers within the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors.
- Conduct regular customer visits across the assigned territory to understand business requirements and promote company products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, motor manufacturers, and industrial customers.
- Promote and sell products including:
- Wiring Harness
- Terminals
- Connectors
- Cables
- Electrical Insulators
- Sleeving
- Resin
- Varnish
- Cable Protection Products
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and technical presentations.
- Negotiate with customers and follow up until order closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales and market visit reports.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Prior experience in Automotive Manufacturing Sales is highly preferred.
- Experience dealing with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, motor manufacturers, and industrial customers will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Strong Field Sales and New Business Development skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and customer requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
Working Model
- Full-Time Work From Home
- Regular Market Visits and Customer Meetings are mandatory.
- Frequent travel within the assigned territory.
