Job Description
The Innovation Incubator Consultant plays a client-facing role at the intersection of commercial opportunity and analytic innovation within NIQ’s Marketing Effectiveness Incubator. This includes managing stakeholders and delivering insights, recommendations, and tools related to Incubator marketing effectiveness solutions to our clients.
Partnering closely with the entire Incubation Lab team, you will be accountable for overseeing the entire life-cycle of a project from client sign-off through to delivery including synchronization of required internal resources, conducting analysis of results, creating deliverable materials, and presenting to clients. This role is responsible for shaping what we build, not just delivering what already exists—combining strong marketing science judgment with consultative storytelling and commercial acumen. Your insights will influence decisions for some of today’s leading global brands that cover social, digital, and traditional media activities.
This is primarily a delivery consultation role that requires creativity and strong analytical acumen given the next-gen nature of Incubator projects. Once engagements are approved, you will act as a consultative steward, ensuring insights, recommendations, and outputs remain true to the original ambition and client outcomes.
You will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where problems are not always pre-defined, solutions are emerging, and success depends on balancing client ambition with analytic rigor and delivery realism.
Responsibilities
Manage project resources, timelines, and priorities both internally and externally, sometimes consisting of moving targets and conflicting deadlines.
Coordinate project execution between team of experts, including advertisers, publishers, media agencies, and/or global NIQ teams.
Ability to support proposal development, as needed, by defining objectives, methodology, data requirements, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
Provide consultative guidance throughout project execution, ensuring that analytical outputs align to the original client brief, insights are translated into actionable, business-relevant recommendations, and deliverables meet senior-stakeholder expectations for clarity, rigor, and relevance.
Stay current on advancements in marketing science, machine learning, AI, and emerging digital platforms, and identify how they might inform new client offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, business, statistics, economics, analytics, or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, media effectiveness, consulting, or solution design within Marketing Effectiveness, Market Research, CPG, or related industries.
Skilled and polished communicator, including group presentations, consultative storytelling, and executive communication skills.
Comfort operating in fast-paced, undefined environments where solutions, processes, and products are still evolving.
