Role Summary
We are hiring a Marketing Shared Services Leader to own the centralized marketing production engine, digital experience infrastructure, and marketing technology stack that powers demand generation across the entire organization.
This is not a back-office operations role. You will run the team that produces every asset, builds every landing page, manages every automation workflow, and maintains every digital touchpoint that drives pipeline. When a field marketing lead needs workshop collateral, when demand gen needs a campaign deployed, when product marketing needs a launch package produced — your team delivers. The speed, quality, and conversion effectiveness of your output directly impacts pipeline creation and revenue.
You will lead and scale a multi-disciplinary team spanning creative design, digital marketing, web development, marketing technology, and marketing operations — operating on an SLA-driven model that ensures every function gets what it needs, when it needs it.
This role requires a strong marketing strategist who understands why assets are being created, not just how. You must be able to connect production decisions to business outcomes, prioritize based on pipeline impact, and ensure that every deliverable is designed to convert.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Creative Operations
- Own and operate the Creative Studio: graphic design, visual production, video and multimedia, presentation design, event collateral, and AI-augmented production workflows.
- Establish and enforce an SLA-driven production model — standard turnaround for regular requests, expedited turnaround for event-urgent work, with clear intake processes and prioritization based on pipeline impact.
- Ensure brand compliance across all marketing outputs: visual identity, messaging tone, template adherence, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain a brand template library: presentations, one-pagers, social graphics, email templates, and event collateral that enable self-service for common asset types.
- Drive production efficiency through AI-augmented workflows, programmatic content generation, and agency augmentation where appropriate.
Digital Experience & Website Strategy
- Own website strategy and execution across trianz.com and concierto.cloud — ensuring the digital experience is designed to convert visitors into leads and leads into pipeline.
- Manage CMS operations, landing page creation, conversion optimization, and website performance (Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile experience).
- Support self-service and PLG infrastructure: sandbox environments, guided product tours, interactive demos, and marketplace transact experiences — building the technical foundation that enables product-led conversion.
- Own the marketing digital footprint: website, social channel infrastructure, and online presence management.
Marketing Technology & Automation
- Own the marketing technology stack: marketing automation platform, CRM integration, email infrastructure, lead capture, analytics instrumentation, and data pipelines.
- Ensure marketing automation workflows (nurture sequences, lead scoring, campaign triggers) are built and maintained to support demand generation at scale.
- Manage the MarTech team (UX and development resources) to deliver website builds, CRM integrations, and analytics tracking that enables pipeline attribution.
- Evaluate, procure, and manage marketing technology vendors — ensuring the stack supports current needs and scales with the organization.
Agency, Vendor & Budget Management
- Consolidate and manage all agency relationships under a single coordination point: creative agencies, web development vendors, production partners, and freelance resources.
- Own the shared services budget: tracking, reconciliation, and cost optimization — driving efficiency without compromising quality or speed.
- Negotiate contracts, manage SLAs with external vendors, and hold agencies accountable for quality and turnaround commitments.
Team Leadership & Scaling
- Lead, develop, and scale the Shared Services team across Creative Studio, Digital Marketing, MarTech, and Marketing Operations functions.
- Hire and develop talent as the team grows with organizational needs.
- Set quarterly OKRs for the team tied to production quality, SLA adherence, brand compliance, and pipeline support metrics.
- Foster a culture of ownership, craftsmanship, and speed — the team should take pride in the quality and impact of what they produce.
Required Experience
- 8–12 years in marketing operations, creative operations, digital marketing, or marketing production leadership roles in enterprise SaaS, technology, or platform companies.
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate business degree required. This role demands a marketing strategist who connects production decisions to business outcomes, not just a production manager.
- Proven experience building and managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams (creative, web, martech, ops) in a scaling organization.
- Deep understanding of marketing technology stacks: marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager), and web CMS platforms.
- Experience with SLA-driven production models, agency management, and vendor negotiation.
- Strong understanding of website strategy, conversion optimization, SEO technical fundamentals, and digital user experience.
- Experience with brand governance and visual identity management across complex, multi-product organizations.
- Ability to think strategically about how production and infrastructure decisions impact demand generation and pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field required. MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
Desired Profile
- Comes from a marketing leadership background where they owned both strategy and execution — not purely a creative director or purely an ops manager, but someone who bridges both.
- Has built shared services or centralized marketing operations functions from scratch in a fast-growing B2B or SaaS environment.
- Understands the SaaS/platform GTM model: how content, websites, automation, and digital experiences drive pipeline in a product-led or partner-led business.
- Data-driven: uses production metrics, SLA performance, and pipeline impact data to make resourcing and prioritization decisions.
- Comfortable managing complexity: multiple internal stakeholders, competing priorities, agency relationships, and a diverse team — all while maintaining quality and speed.
- Strong communicator who can push back on scope creep constructively while maintaining collaborative relationships across the marketing organization.
