We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead end-to-end marketing for our enterprise software business in the India market. The role will be responsible for driving marketing strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, brand positioning, field marketing, analyst relations, and marketing contribution to revenue. This role requires close alignment with sales leadership and global marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Own and drive the overall marketing strategy for India market
- Align marketing strategy with business and revenue goals
- Work closely with sales leadership on pipeline and revenue targets
- Manage and build the marketing team and external agencies
- Plan and manage annual marketing budget and ROI
Demand Generation & Pipeline
- Own marketing pipeline and lead generation targets
- Drive Demand Generation and Account Based Marketing (ABM)
- Manage LinkedIn campaigns, email campaigns, webinars, and digital programs
- Work with SDR and sales teams to convert MQL to SQL
- Track and improve marketing contribution to revenue
Digital & Growth Marketing
- Manage digital marketing including SEO, SEM, website, and performance marketing
- Manage marketing automation tools such as HubSpot / Marketo
- Track campaign performance, analytics, and ROI
- Improve conversion rates across marketing funnel
Product Marketing & Content
- Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Develop case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and sales enablement content
- Create industry-specific campaigns and solutions marketing
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning
Brand, PR & Events
- Build brand awareness in enterprise and data management market
- Manage PR, media, analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester)
- Plan and execute webinars, events, and industry conferences
- Manage social media and thought leadership programs
Sales Enablement & Partner Marketing
- Support sales team with presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Work on strategic accounts and ABM campaigns with sales team
- Manage partner marketing programs with SI and technology partners
- Execute co-marketing campaigns and partner events
Required Candidate Profile
- 15+ years experience in B2B Enterprise Marketing
- Experience in Enterprise Software / SaaS / Data / Cloud / Analytics companies
- Strong experience in Demand Generation and Digital Marketing
- Experience working closely with Enterprise Sales teams
- Experience in Marketing Strategy, Branding, and Product Marketing
- Experience managing marketing team and agencies
- Experience in global marketing programs is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
